Candice Hunter Corby
Chief Executive OfficerCandice Hunter Corby is the Chief Executive Officer of Cobra Legal Solutions and the President, Eastern USA – India Business Council of the Women's India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). Having over 20 years of experience in the C-suite, Candice was the youngest ever Chief Financial Officer of a Scripps Howard newspaper at age 26. Her experience includes CFO, COO and CEO positions at some of the world's largest law firms and brands including, Baker & McKenzie, Mayer Brown, Godwin Gruber and Niemen Marcus.
Under Candice's leadership, Cobra has received numerous awards including: The Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) "Service Provider of the Year", The Oil & Gas Awards "Best International Document Review Provider" and Top 2 World-Wide Back Office and BPO firm for Legal Outsourcing. Candice was recently recognized by numerous international organizations for her leadership including: "Top CEO of 2019" finalist by the Austin Business Journal, "Business Leader of the Year" finalist by the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, "Women of the Decade in Law and Leadership 2019 Award" recipient and "Women of Excellence 2019 Award" recipient from the Women's Economic Forum and a finalist for "Business Leader of the Year 2018" by Women in IT Awards – USA and was named the "2017 Distinguished Alumnus" of University of Arkansas - Little Rock.
Aside from leading her team at Cobra, Candice is deeply motivated to be a great global citizen, focusing on social responsibility around the world, including being a prior board member of the Andy Roddick Foundation and Zach Theatre, running marathons with Team Livestrong, providing bottled water to the homeless with I Am Waters Foundation, and supporting Rising Star Outreach in India. Candice actively promotes and supports women to be strong leaders in the workforce. In 2014, Candice was the Member Spotlight for Ellevate Global Women's Professional Network and a contributor/panelist for "Championing Women in the Workforce at McCombs Executive MBA program at the University of Texas".

Sakthivel Venkatraman
Managing Director – India Operations & VP of Global AdministrationSakthivel manages day-to-day operations and support services of Cobra in India. Prior to working at Cobra, he was the Director of the Legal and Transaction processing unit of OfficeTiger, a large professional outsourcing company in India. Sakthivel was a key member in this department since its inception to growing into a 500-member team in four years. He has also worked at NIIT and Tata Consultancy services.
Operations management, client engagement, implementation of service deliverables, creation and oversight of quality control processes and corporate sales account management are some of his areas of expertise. He serves on the Board of Directors for Rising Star Outreach of India. Sakthivel is a science graduate from the University of Madras and holds a master’s degree in business administration and business law from NLSIU. He is a certified black belt in 6 sigma and lean management system. He is recognized and certified by the Forum of Free Enterprise (FFE) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Sakthivel is an avid speaker at various outsourcing conferences and educational institutions including Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), NIT, IITm and JSN School of Management. He works for the equality for women in India by reaching out to women’s schools and college in Tamil Nadu. Some of the grass root level topics include women rights, women empowerment, sexual harassment, physical abuse at work place and institutions (with the help of women help group FICC FLO). He also serves Tamil Nadu differently abled federation for their development and equal opportunity.

Mahesh Krishnan
Global Director – OperationsMahesh Krishnan is responsible for the continuous improvement of Cobra’s operational processes. He is a key member of the project planning and execution wing, playing a critical role in the delivery of client projects. Mahesh has over twelve years of experience in the outsourcing industry, including extensive experience in business process management – primarily in the fields of paralegal operations and transaction processing for litigation claims (including securities litigation cases and mass tort/consumer litigation).
Mahesh has also worked in project management and business improvement, business development, pre-sales, and customer satisfaction indexes. He is certified in Business Continuity Management (BS25999 standards) and has worked on Six Sigma quality standards. His employment track record includes RR Donnelley Global Business Process Outsourcing, IBM Global Services India, and TATA Info Media. Mahesh holds a master’s degree in business administration from Symbiosis Institute and a degree in commerce from the Bharathiyar University.

Doug Kaminski
Chief Revenue OfficerDoug joined Cobra with over 20 years of experience in the legal industry spanning four continents. Mr. Kaminski specializes in helping organizations of all types and sizes understand and implement processes along with technologies to enable complex legal workflows resulting in the generation of maximum quality, predictability, scale, cost reduction, and ROI. A frequent speaker and published author, Mr. Kaminski brings to the Cobra team deep experience in the legal technology and services industry, having held leadership positions at Relativity, Symantec, Clearwell Systems, Wolters Kluwer, LexisNexis, and Huron Consulting Group (now Consilio).
Doug is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Detroit Bar Association, Technology Advisor to the Seventh Circuit eDiscovery Pilot Program, a Fellow of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, Co-Chair of ACEDS Chicago chapter, and a Director for the Society for Corporate Governance in Chicago.

Renee Meisel
Chief Operating Officer & VP Of LegalRenee Meisel brings two decades of leadership and expertise to Cobra. Renee has built a career translating complicated, multi-stakeholder legal and operational issues into efficient, repeatable processes in large international legal departments. Renee spent eleven years at Dell working in a variety of capacities, including Legal Director of the eDiscovery team, legal counsel to the Global Security Organization, and Senior Director on the Legal Strategy and Operations team specializing in contracts management and spend and matter management. Most recently, Renee headed up Legal Operations for a global investment firm. She has worked in a wide variety of legal areas, including patent litigation, products liability, regulatory matters, internal investigations, information governance, eDiscovery, and cyber governance and incident response. Renee is a published author, cybersecurity expert and frequent speaker at numerous eDiscovery conferences.
Renee is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and achieved dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Oklahoma in French & English Literature. Renee resides in Austin, Texas with her family.

Thandapani Ramachandran
Chief Technology OfficerThandapani is responsible for maintaining Cobra’s IT infrastructure and data security. His scope of work encompasses planning, organizing, staff management, maintenance and support of network, server, data communications and telecommunication systems. His areas of expertise include implementation, analysis, optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation of LAN/WAN network systems. He is a Cisco and Microsoft certified professional. Thandapani has nearly four years of experience as a project coordinator at RR Donnelley Global Business Process Outsourcing (in India), which includes one year of onsite tenure. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.
